An ‘executive power‘ human biosecurity emergency response was issued, and a range of public health and social measures were established such as subsequent social distancing rules, global and national lockdown restrictions were progressively implemented from March 2020.
At the same time, those emergency ‘executive power‘ responses involved the ignoring or even, unconscionably, suppression and blocking of decades of existing effective, Nobel Prize winning proven to be safe treatments, knowledge, protocols, and drugs, not to mention natural protective defences or immunity, promoted the danger of placing the sacred wisdom of religious texts, beliefs, faith and well researched lessons from history above modern novel, barely tested (warp speed of $cience developed) experimental injectable (patented ‘gene therapy’) products.
Significant draconian limitations were ordered to be enforced on the frontline over the people’s ‘fundamental human rights and freedoms, derogation from arbitrary or unlawful interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to unlawful attacks on his honour and reputation, freedom of movement, religious beliefs, deprived of his liberty by arbitrary or unlawful arrest or detention, torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment and in particular self-determination and the Constitutional right against civil conscription to be subjected to medical or scientific experimentation or treatment without the person’s full, free and informed consent, with grave breaches of crimes against humanity’ commited in contravention of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth.), Chapter 8–Offences against humanity and related offences, Division 268.
The Fourth Geneva Convention states:
“Each Contracting Party shall be under the obligation to search for persons alleged to have committed, or to have ordered to be committed, such grave breaches, and shall bring such persons, regardless of their nationality, before its own courts.”
This obligation to investigate has been recognised as reflecting customary law by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC):
“States must investigate war crimes allegedly committed by their nationals or armed forces, or on their territory, and, if appropriate, prosecute the suspects.”
Further to the state’s obligation to investigate, military commanders also bear the obligation to ‘prevent …, to suppress and to report to competent authorities breaches of the Conventions’, as formally reported in 2021 to the Australian Human Rights Commission with subsequent proceedings filed in Rushton v Commonwealth of Australia [2023] FCA 1357, ACD 22 of 2023 case that was abruptly summarily dismissed (“the best case in the world…”) in the Federal Court of Australia at the Interlocutory hearing on the 22 September 2023 by Justice Bromwich (former Assistant Director of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (CDPP).
The Commission concluded that customary law obliges military commanders to ensure alleged violations of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) are effectively examined and investigated.
Domestically, Customary International Humanitarian Law (IHL) is scheduled to the Geneva Conventions Act (GCA) 1957 (Cth), Sch. 4, Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, and the Criminal Code criminalises the various sub-categories of IHL offences under div 268.

Australian Government Debt Levels
‘Australian Government debt levels have been increasing in both absolute and relative terms since the Global Financial Crisis in 2008–09 and increased further to fund government health and economic support packages in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. At the start of 2007, prior to the Global Financial Crisis, Australian Government gross debt was under $52 billion. Between 2007 and March 2020 total Australian Government Securities (AGS) on issue increased to $580 billion, and is $897 billion as of 5 May 2023.’

COVID-19 Response Inquiry report whitewashes the colossal mismanagement.
‘We expected from the limited Terms of Reference set by the Albanese government that the COVID-19 Response Inquiry report would ignore the lion’s share of the abuse experienced by Australians.’
‘The states’ actions on the frontline were considered out of scope – even though it was the states that visited lockdowns, curfews, school closures, and masking rules upon their terrified populations, justifying this abuse by pointing to that very fear and baselessly claiming these policies would reduce the threat of COVID-19.’

‘The COVID-19 response inquiry has found Australia’s pandemic response plans were “grossly inadequate”, caused an “erosion of trust” and “resentment” in Australian governments, and many of the measures taken during COVID‑19 (lockdowns and vaccine mandates) are unlikely to be accepted by the population again,’ the federal government’s inquiry into the pandemic has warned.’
The report said Australians backed lockdowns in the initial stages of the pandemic but felt “restrictive measures became increasingly inappropriate over the long term and were too heavy-handed and controlling”. “There was a lack of compassion and too few exceptions based on needs and circumstances,” it said.
As the unity of Australia’s response dissipated, so too did Australians’ trust,” it said. “A backlash against stringent measures began, supercharged by the length of the pandemic, the disproportionate impacts of the virus and response measures across the community, and the broader social and economic impacts on people. Overall, the panel is concerned that we are now less prepared to deal with future shocks, because of the toll Covid-19 has taken on our people, health and economic systems, institutions, and trust.”
While Health Minister Mark Butler declared the report didn’t seek to scapegoat people who were seeking to act in the best interests of the country, the treasurer, Jim Chalmers moved to politicise the inquiry by seizing on the “big decisions were taken and big mistakes were made” of the Morrison government that he said elevated inflation Labor is still struggling to curb.

Australians Stunned by Professor Dalgleish on Sky News: mRNA Vaccines Linked to Unbelievable Damage
University of London Emeritus Oncology Professor Dalgleish, a renowned oncologist and Principal of the Institute of Cancer Vaccines and Immunotherapy, took the stage with stark revelations about the COVID-19 pandemic and its handling.
Professor Angus Dalgleish appeared in a 10-minute segment on Sky News Australia to warn the public that Covid mRNA injections are “not vaccines.”
Dalgleish minced no words in criticizing the hasty implementation and widespread use of mRNA vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna. He expressed grave concerns about these vaccines, stating, “these vaccines were not vaccines, particularly the ones that ended up after AstraZeneca with all the clots and they were shut down. But the messenger RNA vaccines of Pfizer and Moderna have caused unbelievable problems and damage to people, and I don’t think we will ever really be able to get over that!“
He also tackled the immense issue of quality control, revealing that between trials and public rollouts, “the mechanism of manufacturing” changed, leading to a vaccine “full of (DNA) contaminants.” Australia’s drug regulator the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has admitted the presence of DNA in the shots… Such lapses, he argued, potentially contributed to persistent excess deaths globally, including many linked to cancer, which he described as “turbo cancers“.
The eminent medical expert is perhaps best known for his groundbreaking contributions to HIV AIDS research.
“The red flags are enormous,” he said.
“Why hasn’t the government banned these vaccines immediately. For a start, covid doesn’t exist anymore – or if it does, it doesn’t kill anybody anymore.”
“So why are you using vaccines – boosters – that we now know increase the rate of cancer, and the cancers are appalling. They’re turbo cancers.”
Shockingly, he revealed that the substances administered were not traditional vaccines but rather “horrible gene therapies, suggesting that these could integrate into the human genome” and possibly lead to what he described as a rise in “turbo cancers.”
Furthermore, Professor Dalgleish called for accountability from global health authorities, likening the situation to “Nuremberg trial stuff” He expressed dismay at what he sees as medical negligence of epic proportions, accusing the FDA, MHRA, and TGA, among others, of failing in their duties to ensure these treatments were indeed safe and effective.
There is no known safe limit of DNA contamination in the covid mRNA products because they used novel lipid nanoparticles to encase their payload. This lipid coating envelops the DNA contaminants taking them straight into cells, unlike previous drugs. The safety limits set for previous drugs did not take into account these lipid nanoparticles, which carry their payload everywhere in the body including negative fertility impacts that may “degrade the ovaries and testes” with adverse “genetic manipulation that can cause infertility or birth defects”, according to Pfizer’s research documentation (report here).

Professor Angus Dalgleish has compared his and others set-aside and dismissed testimony to that of thousands of innocent claimant subpostmasters, who ran Post Office branches under contract to the state-owned Post Office. The court cases, criminal convictions, imprisonments, loss of businesses, livelihoods and homes, debts, and bankruptcies led to stress, illness, family breakdowns and at least four suicides before the subpostmasters were able to raise a class action appeal to prove their innocence where they were literally found to have been wrongly prosecuted but ran out of funding and the case was settled mid-trial by consent and without judgment as to costs; Post Office costs have been estimated as £100m and the subpostmasters legal costs of £46 million with their convictions overturned in the following case:

Justice Fraser for the High Court in London ruled that Horizon contained a number of “bugs, errors and defects“, and that the post office “knew there were serious issues about the reliability” that rendered it unreliable…
On 10 January 2024, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Rishi Sunak described ‘The Great Post Office Horizon IT System Scandal’ as “one of the greatest miscarriages of justice in British history.”

Dr. Francis Boyle asserted that the “frankenshots” were part of a plan to conduct “medical experimentation” on humanity. He says, “Everyone involved in the development of COVID-19 as ‘an offensive biological warfare weapon’ and also everyone involved in the manufacture of these COVID-19 ‘frankenshots’ clearly violated the Nuremberg Code on medical experimentation. It was a Nuremberg crime and a crime against humanity.”
Boyle doubled down during the interview after he recently signed a sworn affidavit in a Florida case involving an “Emergency Petition for a Writ of Mandamus” to declare that Covid mRNA injections are not vaccines and are “weapons of mass destruction” that violate the law he wrote on bioweapons – the 1989 Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act.
“It is my expert opinion that ‘COVID-19 nanoparticle injections’ or ‘mRNA nanoparticle injections’ or ‘COVID-19 injections meet the criteria of biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction according to Biological Weapons 18 USC § 175; Weapons and Firearms § 790.166 Fla.Stat. (2023),” Boyle explained.
He continued by warning that “mRNA is very powerful stuff to inject into your body.”
The professor notes that the injections “could discombobulate your entire genetic system.”
“…it also has (transmissable) Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) DNA genetically engineered into it, the precursor for vaccine Acquired Immuno-Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS).”
“Well, that is what is happening now,” he lamented.
Boyle added that it is already been evidenced by “an explosion of sudden deaths and disabilities.”

In Pfizer’s COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 (BNT162b2 RNA) clinical trial testing protocol document it shows the company suspected that negative fertility impacts may occur… Trial participants had to follow specific “Participant Reproductive Inclusion Criteria” requirements at “page 117, 10.4. Appendix 4: Contraceptive Guidance” not to have unprotected sex (for 28 days) after the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine to mitigate any adverse events such as “genetic manipulation” that may cause birth defects.
