Office of the Coroner.
“The office of coroner was established by lex scripta in Richard I‘s England. In September 1194, it was decreed by Article 20 of the “Articles of Eyre” to establish the office of custos placitorum coronae (Latin for “keeper of the pleas of the Crown”), from which the word “coroner” is derived. The coroner is an independent judicial office holder, appointed and paid for by the relevant local authority to conducted some judicial investigations in order to counterbalance the power of sheriffs or bailiffs. The coroner has a team of coroner’s officers (previously often ex-police officers, but increasingly from a nursing or other paramedical background) who carry out the investigation on the coroner’s behalf.”
“The coroner’s court is a court of law, and accordingly, the coroner may adjudge personally, or may act as the presiding officer and summon witnesses. Those found lying are guilty of perjury. Additional powers of the coroner may include the power of subpoena and attachment, the power of arrest, the power to administer oaths, and sequester juries of six during special court inquests.”
Office of the Apostolic Mendicant Ordained Minister Plenipotentiary (Most Rev. Ex.) of this first estate of the realm mission. Romans 13:1-4.
“Let a man so account of us [ad-minister], as of ministers of Christ, and stewards (trustees, administrators) of the mysteries of God [that He chooses to reveal]. Moreover, it is required [as essential and demanded] of stewards that one be found faithful and trustworthy.” 1 Corinthians 4:1-2, 2 Cor. 6:1-10, 1 Tim. 3, Titus 1:5-9.
‘The Golden Rule‘ “One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself” is the highest law of the Estate and can never be revoked, abrogated, or changed by any member or official of the Estate, or other lesser law. Matthew 7:12; Romans 13:8. Golden Ratio 1.618.
The Universal Life Church is dedicated to the Constitutional and legislative mandated protection by the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Art. 18, 26-27, inter alia for the protections of our faiths, rights and freedoms and will file a law suit against anyone who attempts to infringe upon our ministers’ rights or diplomatic privileges and immunities (DPI Act). See Universal Life Church (ULC) Case Law.
Conclusions of law in the case of Universal Life Church Inc. vs. United States of America, 372 F.Supp. 770 (1974) in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California ruled that the Court would not “praise or condemn a religion, however excellent or fanatical or preposterous it may seem,” as “to do so… would impinge on the guarantees of the First Amendment…” All subsequent cases have ruled in favor of Universal Life Church as a legal and valid church establishment. The United States military chaplain’s handbook lists ULC as a recognised church.
“Religious personnel, including military chaplains, are protected persons… chaplains who fall into enemy hands do not become PW [prisoners of war]. They must be repatriated as early as possible.” See The Manual of the Law of Armed Conflict, Australian Defence Doctrine Pub. 06.4 (2006), ss. 2.25; 4.30, 9.2, 9.11 and 10.8. ICRC Rule 27. Religious Personnel.
Though the Geneva Conventions Act 1957 (Cth) does not state whether chaplains may bear arms, they specify (Protocol I, June 8, 1977, Art. 43.2) that chaplains are non-combatants or conscientious objectors. Armed enemy personnel may be disarmed. Based on the same reasoning, the principle that medical personnel do not lose their protection if they are equipped with light individual weapons and that they may use these weapons in their own defence or in that of the wounded, sick and shipwrecked in their care (see commentary to Rule 25) would apply mutatis mutandis to religious personnel. ICRC Rule 27. Religious Personnel – Summary.
“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.” Ecclesiastes 12:13
